What happens when you stopped juggling for like...5 months, and want to start up again? Anything specific I should go through?

Like, I used to be able to get a decent amount of jugs with 5 balls. Now I freak out, and can't even get one.

I can practice lots today 'kus I'm off school. Some chav whacked me in the face on my bike & ran off yestarday. Probably woul'da chased him down if he didn't have some tall guy with him. Infuriating!
